The capacity of KH-SC128 intelligent paper cup machine can be up to 110-150pcs/min, suitable for 4-16oz cold/hot drink cups. This machine adopts a table-top layout, which isolates the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are below the table, and the forming molds are above the table which is easy to clean and maintain. The transmission adopts a vertical axis gear structure, an inverted cylindrical follow-up indexing cam mechanism and gear transmission, which optimizes the internal layout, ensures the synchronous transmission accuracy while automatic oil spray lubrication system is equipped to reduce mechanical wear. The cup bottom is formed by double-channel hot air and combined with knurling to ensure that the bottom is sealed well and does not leak. The cup top forming adopts double curling heat setting process. Beautiful and dimensionally stable. The electrical components adopt PLC programmable logic controller, photoelectric tracking and servo, endowing the machine with self-monitoring and intelligent operation.

An upgraded single turntable paper cup machine achieves a faster cup making speed of 90-110pcs/min which benefits from the low mold stroke and the design of highly integrated working station. Whole machine main transmission parts are equipped with automatic spray oil lubrication system to reduce wear and tear. Meanwhile, it adopts open type intermittent cam system and helical gear transmission, which makes up for the inherent insufficiency of jitter and unstable transmission of chain transmission and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine and reduces the failure rate of the machine. While ensuring high accuracy, it guarantees the stability of the machine's operation, low noise and high production capacity.

The whole cup making process is controlled and monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, Delta human-computer interaction touch screen, Omron/Fotek proximity switch, Panasonic sensor, etc., thereby improving the performance of the equipment and achieving fast and stable running. High degree of automation and automatic shutdown in case of failure to minimize the labor intensity of workers and achieve operational safety.
