The automatic registration controller can adjust the Phrase Position of the servo motor according to the detected error, realizing the quick registration and improving the operating quality and the extent of automation, so the machine greatly reduces the labor intensity and the attrition rate of raw materials. This operation is completed when the machine is in registration condition.
Operation direction’s registration can be realized by moving plate cylinder
Plate pressure & printing pressure area adjustment will be displayed on screen
PRE-REGISTER
Before running the machine, plate cylinder tries to find correct position by itself (position is calculated by machine computer). Lower down paper waste, achieve faster job setup.

Each of the printing units is equipped separately and adopts the high-power IR light tube
I.R short-wave heating and drying system and temperature is adjustable
